Houses we hold

These pictures show the kind of house we buy and later sell: a front, a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen. The house you visit will not match every photo. Ask which one is for sale.

What a visit covers

You walk the rooms with us. We point out the kitchen, the heating, and anything we know about the roof or the windows.

We also say what the sale includes. If a question needs a paper we do not have with us, we send it by email after the visit.

What stays with the house

Fitted cupboards, the kitchen, and anything we list in the sale note stay. Loose furniture stays only if we have said so in writing.

Do not assume a chair or a lamp in a photo is part of the price. We will say, before you decide, what goes and what does not.
